Tuition and Fees Policy

See the tuition rates table listed below for Spring 2024. These tuition rates do not include any books or instructional materials. In order to reserve a student’s designated lesson time, a $15 registration fee will be charged to all private students.

Proration

Our first and last month’s payments are prorated, depending on the number of lessons that are scheduled to occur in each instance. For example, if you have 2 scheduled lessons in your first month, we will charge you for 2 lessons at the time of your first lesson.

Semester Payments

Semester payments are welcome! Semester payments will include an additional 10% discount, and may be made by cash, check or credit card. All semester payments must be made at the time of the first lesson of the semester. All semester lesson payments are non-refundable.

Monthly Recurring Payments

If you are paying monthly, we will keep your credit card securely on file and will draft your first month's payment during the first lesson. All recurring monthly payments will be drafted on the 5th of each month until the end of the semester. Invoices will be emailed to the responsible party up to 2 weeks prior to the draft date to reduce any billing surprises.

Lesson Termination

If you are paying monthly, all requests to terminate lessons must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the recurring draft date. All semester lesson payments are non-refundable. As stated in the “Attendance”section above, refunds will not be given for lessons that are missed or terminated.
